About Soul Retrieval and Art Therapy--This was posted to my womens group on line-- We share stories, blessings, grandchildren, links and comfort.

Some believe that when one suffers a trauma they either give or someone takes part of their soul.  The Shamans believe that having missing soul parts cause disease.  The Shamans will go to the otherworlds to retrieve soul parts for their patients.  However, we can actually retrieve our own soul parts if we choose.

Sometimes our souls leave our body and move to our auras.  Have you ever heard someone say they are beside themselves?

The way to check your soul for missing parts is to go into a meditation and look for your soul in your solar plexus area.  It usually appears as a ball of light.  If you don't see it there, you will find it in your aura.  If it is in your aura you need to pull it back into your body.  Now take a good look at your soul and see if any parts are missing.  If there are take one part at a time and ask your guides to show you where you lost it.  When you see where you lost it, take it back.  If you have many parts missing you may need to do many sessions.

Just because you get all your soul pieces back doesn't mean they will stay there.  We have to keep checking to make sure our soul stays whole.

Art therapy is another way of regaining your soul back.

The Picture of Health: Healing Your Life with Art by Lucia Capacchione

As the author explains, "This book offers a new way to look at yourself and to create a healthy life through art. By scribbling, drawing, and collage, you will learn to think and feel on paper. You will be shown how to decode messages and feelings contained in your body and translate your insight into written word. You will also learn to reshape your life from the inside out through visual affirmations - pictures and words of how you want to experience your life. No special talent or training is required to do these activities. All you need is the willingness to express your own truth, and the desire to love and heal yourself." Chapters include Turning Your Worries Around and a Blueprint for a Healthy Lifestyle. This very accessible text includes the author's own story of healing as well as many practical exercises for using the creative force as a healing catalyst.

My End of the Rainbow Garden has grape vines, strawberries, honeysuckle, mums, roses, two types of lilacs, giant sunflowers, angel trumpets and many many more... The flowers are scattered for there colors. Like a splash of this and a splash of that.. What is really funny I had neighbors driving past to look at the garden that we worked at last year so hard. And which is still not finished. I love working in my garden it is more like a relaxing therapy... I even have a 1500 kidney shaped water garden with red, white, and yellow lilies and a purple iris growing in the pond. And yes I also get right in the water and tend to my plants and goldfish... I even have a pet goldfish named Bronzie, they are two years old and 8 inches long. And yes I Reiki my plants as seeds and young plants. My garden is fenced in so to keep out children from the pond since it is 3 feet deep. And we plan on redesigning it this spring. I also have a box shaped open on one side arbor where the yellow honeysuckle is growing. I have had it over two years and it is almost covered. Then behind the pond is two rainbow roses that are climbers. They bloom reds to yellows. I got a lot of comments from the neighbors that everything grows so big... Even my mother in law says that I need to take it easy on the Reiki because when the seeds are planted and grow you can tell the difference between the ones that got it and the ones that did not...

Oh and in the arbor I have a little wooden table for candles and my crystal bowl and other things and a wooden bench for someone to sit and get there treatments while hearing the water from the pond.

So that is my garden. We are planning on getting pictures in the fall. Then I will put them on my site that I am planning on making...
